Slide Hampton

Locksley Wellington "Slide" Hampton (born Apr 21, 1932) is an Indweller jazz trombonist, composer and organiser. Described by critics as copperplate master composer, arranger and remarkably gifted trombone player, Hampton's job is among the most memorable in jazz.

Biography

Early life
