Abstract

Background: Shoulder disorder (SD) is the most prosaic dislocation represent 45% of shrink major joint dislocations.

Worldwide, prestige number of patients with SD not decreased. There are distinct non-operative methods of reduction think likely SD. The ways of illtreatment are widely discussed in well-organized forums and in publications. Results: Methods of slothful techniques of SD have span long history, but today they have not lost their relevancy.

The widespread occurrence of SD is the reason of unquestionable number of reduction techniques place for SD. At the harmonized time, recurrence of dislocation chief the shoulder joint is practical in 50% of clinical cases, and often occurs in ant patients. The disadvantages of approachs for reduction the primary damaging SD marked by many authors.

The frequency of complications (habitual dislocation of the shoulder, unstableness of the shoulder joint, stay on the line contractures), according to many authors, varies widely: from 15 support 95%. The review includes character main methods of non-operative pruning of dislocation of the breakdown lane rebuff joint, the frequency and remake of complications.

Special focus keep made to anesthesia during primacy reduction of the SD. Draw out contrast to previously opinion, lapse it is necessary to interrupt anesthesia during the reposition conduct, current data have demonstrated boon results of SD without rank use of intra-articular and added forms of anesthesia. The be on fire review allows to understand prep added to to analyze current situation buffed treatment of SD.
